Head chef (m/f)

The chef de cuisine or the cheffe de cuisine is the real pillar of catering in Cévéo vacation villages. He/she coordinates, supervises organizes and participates in production. He/she draws up menus, manages teams and orders, and ensures compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. He/she knows how to pass on his/her know-how to the teams. Responsible for the quality of the dishes served, he/she ensures customer satisfaction. He/she works closely with management to propose a coherent offer.

Kitchen assistant (m/f)

The kitchen assistant assists the head chef in the day-to-day management of the brigade. He/she plays an active role in the preparation of dishes and ensures the quality of the finished product. In the chef's absence, he/she takes over to supervise the team. He/she ensures compliance with instructions, recipes and food hygiene standards. With excellent interpersonal skills, he/she facilitates communication between the different members of the kitchen team. The second chef must be able to react quickly when on duty. He/she trains and supervises assistants and cooks in a friendly manner. His/her versatility is essential to guarantee the smooth running of the service.

Cook (m/f)

The cook or the cook carries out culinary preparations according to Cévéo's technical sheets and quality standards. He/she masters basic hot and cold kitchen techniques. The cook is a versatile professional able to adapt to the pace of service. He/she takes part in setting up, producing and dispatching dishes.

The commis de cuisine or commise de cuisine is a key position for starting out in the restaurant trade. He/she assists the cooks in preparing dishes, cutting food and setting up plates. Diver (m/f)

He/she may also be involved in cleaning the kitchen premises and equipment. Their efficiency helps maintain a fluid rhythm in the kitchen. He/she often provides support during peaks in activity. He/she plays an essential role in the smooth running of the service.

Waiter (m/f)

The waiter or waitress is in direct contact with holidaymakers and embodies the image of Cévéo vacation villages. He/she provides room service with professionalism, a smile and dynamism. He/she prepares the room and welcomes customers. He/she ensures guest satisfaction throughout the meal. He/she ensures smooth, friendly service. He/she works closely with the kitchen to guarantee quality service. The waiter position requires good presentation, energy and excellent interpersonal skills.

Barman - cocktails

Barman (m/f)

The barman or the barmaid is responsible for the friendly atmosphere around the bar in Cévéo vacation villages. He/she prepares and serves drinks with speed and precision. He/she knows the classic cocktails and how to innovate to surprise holidaymakers. The barman welcomes customers with a smile and creates a warm atmosphere. He/she manages cash receipts, stocks, supplies and the upkeep of his/her workstation. He/she ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, and enforces the rules. He/she may also take part in theme evenings or village events. Good interpersonal and listening skills are essential for this position.
