At Cévéo, all our employees benefit from an advantageous company mutual insurance plan. The employer pays 60% of the cost.

This mutual insurance effectively covers:

What is the role of the CSE at Cévéo?

The CSE is the staff representative body. It is made up of members elected from among employees and acts as intermediary between teams and management. Its missions are manifold:

  • Oversee the proper application of labor law and company agreementsAccompany employees employees in certain individual steps or in the event of conflict

A rewarding, fair and transparent remuneration package

At Cévéo, we are implementing a salary policy based on:

  • A salary grid based on the collective agreement for social and family tourism
  • A change of step (from A to B) after 6 months of contract
  • Performance-related prizes, loyalty to attendance or seasonality
  • A seniority bonus from 12 months of contract
  • A 13th month (subject to seniority conditions)
  • A profit-sharing bonus (subject to conditions)

Your pets accepted on certain sites

At Cévéo, we know that some employees don't want to part with their pets during an assignment. That's why, at certain centers and depending on reception conditions, pets are accepted in staff accommodation.

Beware, not all sites accept pets. Category 1 and 2 animals are not allowed. Up-to-date vaccination records are compulsory. Subject to conditions.
